Southern Counties have advised that they will be attending w/c 20/7/15 I have updated Cath at River Valley and the customer.

Southern turned up this morning but were unable to do the repairs as the owners daughter and family are in there. The engineer is going to speak to her directly to find out when he can come back

I have phoned River Valley to see whether this is complete, I have been informed by Bernadette that this is still outstanding.
