        Called Willerby and they confirmed parts warranty for this van expired in 2014.

        Left message on Mr Parkers phone advising Willerby advise parts warranty expired. We can provide quote for shower but not cushions - so this issue closed.

        Reopened as Mr and Mrs Parker have both called in shouting that this is 100% not resolved. He also claims he never had a voicemail left on his phone.

        Have sent a price enq on willerby portal to find the price of this and we will have to order them as good will. Customer aware.

        Mr Parker called chasing up advised him Willerby declined warranty claim but as ONE-OFF gesture of goodwill we will purchase cushions for him but currently we are waiting on price from Willerby. Advised Mr Parker ANY FURTHER ISSUES REPORTED WILL BE CHARGEABLE.

        Mr Parker (not a pleasant chap) called demanding to know when he will get his cushions, claiming that this issue is under warranty and that he posted the original extended warranty to Claire, which he claims proves this issue is covered.

        Mr Parker phoned and spoke to Karen, he has advised he has not heard anything and would like to know what is going on, he thinks he has a 5 yr warranty on his van and he posted all the information over to me, Karen asked if i could speak to the customer, i have advised Mr Parker i do not know anything about this, he is not sure who has been dealing with it, checked the willerby system, Nikki has asked for a price for the material but it is no longer available.
        Spoke to Ade, as he can feel the springs it sounds like its an issue with the foam rather then the material, Ade thinks we need to pick the cushions up and see if they can be re-stuffed,
        Phoned Mr Parker back to ask if we are able to pick the cushions up, he closes his van the end of next week

        Spoke to apollo, they think the only thing they can do it replace the springs with foam, if the customer agree's all the base cushions will have to be done as you can notice a difference, will speak to Mr Parker to make sure he agree's with this

        Sharon from Apollo has had a look at the cushions, she thinks it will be between £30-£40 a cushion, Ade has agreed this but we will not be doing anything else for Mr Parker, Sharon has taken the cushions back with her
