This was emailed across from Karen. We have been able to confirm that this is still under willerby's warranty/. Lorraine to submit through to Willerby for me because I don't have a log in.

I have today submitted this as a warranty into Willerby as Izzy doesn't have a password.
We are not sure what the problem is as we have only been advised shower trim is coming off.

Lorraine has checked her Willerby system (because I don't have a willerby ID number and log in) and has said that we require a photo of the issue. I have emailed the park requesting one see screen shot attached.

We are needing better photos from the ones you have uploaded.
Only reason being is that the suppliers cannot determine which parts are required.

I have re submitted a warranty claim as willerby have cancelled this off as they have not had photos, re done today and submitted to willerby

I have emailed willerby back with what Steve has stated it the plastic trim that sits on the outside , I will have to call them to get an email as I cant attached clear picture to the claim.

Our Steve called me back as I left a message earlier asking him to call me back re this issue/ worksheet.
I explained that Im trying to get this issue resolved and the park just need the part etc, Steve said he was think of this one and he thinks that Swift now might be using the same plastic trim on some of the vans, but his not 100% sure,
I said if I issue a memo to him can he have a look at the swift vans and if he can find a serial number for a swift van then we can submit a PER into swift to see if we can get a part number and get the part from them maybe as this is now dragging on and needs to be resolved .

Please could you log a new request on the system if this is not the case and also put my name on it. I will then have another on sent for you.
I have spoken to Claire and she said she doesn't recall seeing anything coming in, I have emailed them back to ask if
the parts was signed for ? If so them can then email me a copy of who has signed for it.

So I have had to submit another claim asking for the part, In have asked for this to come to us so when it does come in we can send it to the site ASAP.

Spoken to our Steve he said that they seem to be using the same part in swift 34476 should we not be able to get this parts from Willerby.
I have now had a email from Teejay saying "Yes, I can confirm that we have received the request " I have emailed him back asking him how quickly he can get this part, once we get this we can send our engineers to fit this.
