We have no details of the window size, I have asked Willerby to confirm window details, they have advised we need to put this through on the online system, however, it does not recognise the serial number. I have Steve to double check it.

I have tried to log this again on the Willerby system but it won't allow me, I have e-mailed Celia again

Willerby have confirmed that they cannot produce this window, I will ask Steve King who he uses to make up new windows

Steve has advised that he uses West Country windows, they come down to Winkleigh, I will contact them to see whether they can measure up for a new window

I have left a message for Dale as West Coast windows advising that I have a van in our yard which needs a new double glazed window. I have asked him to give me a call back

Dale didn't call me back, so I have phoned him again, he has advised that he needs the timber to timber measurement and the external wall thickness. I have been up to see Matt and he is going to get me the details and a couple of photographs, we will then e-mail the details over to mail@westcoast-windows.co.uk Dale has advised that the window will take a couple of weeks and he can either deliver it to me or we can collect it (Gavin) which would be quicker.

Dale advised that he thinks that the walls should be 38mm.
