spoke to Willerby, they have advised it is ready to be dispatched, tried to talk to the stores but no one is picking up, she will go down to the stores and phone me back

Josh has phoned to advise they do not have the frame for this van, everything else has been delivered, phoned willerby, they can see it has been missed of the order their end,
Phoned Josh back, the van is due out next week but he will cancel it, he does not think its something they can make in the workshop, has asked if i can place this on urgent order with willerby,
Phoned willerby back, they already have next weeks production set but as it is their fault they will rush it through, if they can not fit it in next week hopefully it will be the following week

I have tried to change ownership on the willerby system but it not allow this, I have therefore e-mailed Willerby asking for their assistance
