Not had a reply from Adam still so i have sent him a chase to get the information I need for Willerby to be able to change the owner ship to us then I can order parts if they still do them.

Sorry for the delay getting the information.
The caravan is a 2011 Willerby Rio 35x12x3.
We purchased the caravan from Bourne Leisure on 27/09/2016.

I have just been on the Willerby system to try and change a van that we purchased from Bourne last year as
We would like to order ;
10 rolls of the paper used in the lounge (Cream) 3 rolls of the paper used in the bedrooms on the feature wall where the headboards are. (Grey)
S/n wb5443/004 2011 Willerby Rio 35x12x3, purchased the caravan from Bourne Leisure on 27/09/2016.
But the system states that I’m unable to do this, can you please advise me if you can change this van over or provide
Me with a cost for the parts please.

Called Willerby as they had still not changed the holiday home over to us, spoken to a lady on the phone at 10.07 and she will get this done for me today and then I can try and finally put a request in for the wallpaper.

I have now been able to submit a enquiry into willerby so I'm hoping they responded ASAP
