Customer called again saying that the Adventurer was based on a Bordeaux I told him it is the Burgundy he asked if I could send him some brochures of both the Burgundy and the Bordeaux. He also asked for the e-mail send from Swift saying they could not help.

added a comment - - edited Customer called again saying that the Adventurer was based on a Bordeaux I told him it is the Burgundy he asked if I could send him some brochures of both the Burgundy and the Bordeaux. He also asked for the e-mail send from Swift saying they could not help.

I have the paper work from ade, but I don't know the size of the door required.
I've looked on super-care, printed the doors for the kitchen off and will leave this with Claire to check on Monday what size door he would need and then give him a price.

The Adventurer is actually the same as the Burgundy not the Bordeaux as advised by the customer!

Telephoned to advise that he would like to remove his fridge freezer and wants and price to put cupboards (carcass and doors) in its place. I have advised Mr Sharp that we can only supply these if they are the standard size produced by Swift. He stated that an Adventurer is exactly the same as the Bordeaux which does not have a fridge freezer so we can get prices for the cupboards from there!
I advised that we would look into this with Swift and get back to him
