I have spoken to Steve ref the notes and he didn't order any parts due to another contractor having attended site before us. The other engineer that attended has ordered the parts. So Surf Bay was not needed to carry out any works.

Emma has asked if there is anyway that we can get get one of our engineers out to this. I have discussed the problem with Steve and he will pop down there tomorrow and take the MORCO first aid kit with him

Heather at Penrose has asked who would cover the cost of the owner having to stay in a hotel during the time that his caravan is being fixed. I explained that this would not be a decision that I would be able to make. I have asked her to put it in an email and I would refer it to Adrienne who would be able to discuss it with ABI.
I have told heather that i would ring back on Thursday with an update.

The park have phoned back with the owners name and date of sale. I have phoned Lisa at ABI to update her and ask that she escalate this to morco because the customer would like the heating sorted out this week. (Call from Penrose Holiday Park 10.58). I have called Amy at ABI and referred it to morco today. I have said that it is urgent call at 11.06.
