      I have phoned ABI to find out whether this will be sent in time. ABI have confirmed that a replacement will be delivered to the site today

      Phoned ABI for an update, they have advised that they have processed the claim but have not yet referred this to the supplier. I have asked that they stress that the site need this microwave before Friday. Kristie has advised that she will make sure the warranty team are aware that the site cannot let this unit with out the microwave working.
