      I have phoned ABI and spoken to Lucie. She has confirmed that this issue has been completed by Morco. call time 14.29

      Darren has left a voicemail on Claire's phone asking for an update on the issue. I have phoned ABI asking for an update they have not received one from Morco as of yet. They understand that it is urgent and that his wife is ill but they have said that they will email Morco again chasing the claim and ask them to contact the owner as quickly as possible.

      I have phoned back Darren explaining this. He has asked that we continue to chase this.

      Darren has phoned to say that there is a L2 code they have had a boiler engineer have a look at the van and they believe that this issue is to do with the circuit board rather than the ignition.

      He has also advised me that his wife has had a serious operation and they don't have any heating. They are living in the van and this is urgent.
