        Received an email from Amanda @ the Brean office reporting this issue, see screenshot attached.
        I have emailed Amanda back for the owners name and DOS, so once I have that info, I will submit through to ABI.

        Heard back from Amanda @ Brean and she said she didn't know and to contact Warren at the Park.
        So I called him and asked. He said the owners name is Mr Joseph Davis and the DOS is 14/05/17.
        I have now submitted the issues through to ABI, see attached.

        Emma phoned from Sandyglade, the customer is chasing for an update regarding this issue. I have confirmed that it was submitted to ABI last week and their engineer will be attending. He usually attends within two weeks. Emma is going to update the park / customer

        Warren has phoned Amanda chasing this claim the customer has been waiting since may for this to be resolved. I have checked ABI outstanding list and this and the other issues are not on there. I have also checked the warranty box, ABI completed and acknowledged folders and can't fins an email to say that ABI have attended this claim. I have emailed Amy at ABI see screen shot attached asking what has happened with this claim.

        Emma called today to chase this issue for Warren and said that Sam the ABI engineer turned up with the wrong tap - he had a bathroom tap instead of a kitchen tap. I called ABI and spoke to Lucy and she said that she will get this sorted today.

        Spoke to Amy @ 9.40 she is chasing this this morning and will get back to me later. She had it down as urgent and she thought their engineer was going out this week, but she isn't sure so as I say she will get back to me later.

        I rang Amy again @ 14.28 for feedback on this issue,Amy said their engineer went on 26/6/17 completed.

        Have checked again @ 14.28 and yes their engineer did attend but with wrong tap, Amy says the engineer is due to go again w/c 3/7/17

        I have spoken to Mrs Davies @ 15.46 who has said it is ok for the engineer to attend w/c 3/7/17 and to confirm it is NOT the KITCHEN tap it is the BATHROOM tap. She also asked me to email Warren to inform him someone will be going w/c 3/7/17 and also could we make sure that the engineers do not make the van dirty and make sure they lock up.
        I have checked the original email that reported this and Amanda(see attached email) put in the email it was a KITCHEN tap and I think this is where all the confusion started.
        I will call Amy on Monday as 3/7/17 as this is URGENT.
