      Lucie has emailed me to say that the supplier's have said:

      Hi Lucie ,
       
      Please see below can you please help
       
      This call has been cancelled by our service team – engineer advised contacted holiday park on the given number and they don't know where this appliance is located or who Mr Davies is (as they have a lot of caravan owners under this surname). Job has been closed down.

      I have emailed back Lucie with the park manager name, plot number and have said that the engineers would need to go to the reception and ask for this.

      I have phoned ABI and spoken to Janet (call time 11.18) she has confirmed that this issue was cancelled by the supplier on the 09/10/17. She has seen that we have asked for this to be reatteded but there has been no further update. She is going to chase this and update me via email.

      Although the system states this was cancelled by the supplier on 09/10, the claim was progressed
      Lucie forwarded an email confirming that the supplier would be attending on 08/11
