      Mrs Davies (the owner) called (10:35) to complain about this. She said that she was supposed to get a phone call yesterday from ABI but never received one. She just feels like this is going round in circles and nothing is getting through to ABI. All in all she is very unhappy with ABI. I did explain that we chased them last week for her but we will chase them on Monday as that's the earliest we can chase because they are closed today. I said that I will pass this onto someone who will chase this as I'm not in on Monday. I apologised that there was nothing more I could do at this point but she said it's fine and thank you anyway.

      Spoke to Amy @ ABI @ 9.31 and she said she had nothing on her system that ABI were going to ring the customer, she apologised for this, she will get back to me as soon as she has a date for engineer attending as they had only been waiting for the Plot number, which they now have.

      I had a note from summer to chase this and update the owner (Mrs Davis). I have phoned ABI and spoken to Lucie she has said that the ARF hadn't been updated. She is going to do this and copy me in an email to chase this. She has said that Katie is very good at coming back to us quickly.

      first email to the park from the owner:
      Since having van the fridge has made a very strange noise we didn't mention as we were waiting to see if this was just because it was new. This obviously is now not the case as in fact this weekend it is worse. Could you please get this looked at and let us know findings. Due to fridge being in front area were seating is we would appreciate your urgent attention as it is in fact very disturbing when watching tv.
       
      Second email to the park from the owner:
      I have telephoned even popped in twice to surfbay but still our fridge is not working properly .. even my food is now wet when I am getting out my fridge.
      Please can you help us get this sorted the noise is just awful and to be honest I've had enough .. I'm been promised things Will be done and nothing happens 😢

      As regards the fridge firstly, I was not aware anyone had been to look at my fridge .. May be next time someone would be kind enough to let us know and that someone had
      been in our van this would be appreciated. Well I'm not happy with the report nothing wrong if that's the case why is all my food wet and loud noise?? It starts off ticking first then goes like it's a motor bike noise. .. I want this fridge replacing .. telling me nothing wrong. . Let them come and sit and listen to it ... I also would like to see engineers report as to be honest when a engineer is called out they automatically leave a report also you have to sign work has been carried out. Please forward my comments onto surf bay and let them tell ABI I want a replacement ! Also I want this replaced asap .. most of our holidays so far have had disturbance from this dam fridge.
      I do hope you understand Warren and hope you give this your immediate attention.

      This call has been cancelled by our service team – engineer advised contacted holiday park on the given number and they don't know where this appliance is located or who Mr Davies is (as they have a lot of caravan owners under this surname). Job has been closed down.
