            This was originally reported to us as a Kitchen Tap issue (ABI-13283) but after some confusion and confirmation from Mrs Davis @ 15.46 it is definitely the BATHROOM tap.
            Moving forward we have created this claim on Jira and will call Amy at ABI on Monday 3/7/17.

            I have emailed Warren as instructed by Mrs Davis to let him know an engineer will be attending w/c 3/7/17( see screenshot attached)

            Spoke to Amy @ 9.22 and she said that the tap was actually done on 29/6/17 and is emailing a copy of her engineers report.. (see screenshot attached)
