        Steve went out to this van and replaced the printed circuit board.

        ABI have rejected this as being out of warranty so I called Samantha at Morco she asked me to send her an e-mail with all the information on it and she would send me one F-O-C.

        Samantha sent me a replacement unit which Steve needs to replace in the unit in the yard, However Mr Sydney has called and said that it is flagging up the error again he can re-set it but there must be something wrong.

        I spoke to Chris at Morco who said they would send us a new PCB and a FRONT PCB and both need to be replaced - they would like all the parts back using the label provided.

        Steve has asked that we contact Mr Sydney to book an appointment for Thursday 8th as he could not get into the van today as Mike was away and he did not have a key, I have tried to contact Mr Sydney but could not get an answer i have left a message for him to phone me back Mr Sydney 07977261975.

        The parcel is packed and ready to be returned to Morco I have e-mail Samantha at Morco and she is arranging for a collection tomorrow.
