      received message from Sam to give Gary a call, phoned Gary, he has no hot water, gas man has phoned morco direct they need the referral, submitted claim and sent referral over to Jo at Morco

      Have called the customer, advised to send in his boiler commissioning certificate and then we will forward to Morco.

      Gary Pringle doesn't have a commissioning certificate for the boiler.

      Jo has spoken with the gas man called David, David advised he doesn't issue certificates for the work carried out.

      Gary has been given the part number by Morco to purchase the part. Morco are also sending the part to the customers local Morco engineer as goodwill gesture, if he wants to collect from there. Morco will not be fitting this for Mr Pringle.
