            Good Afternoon
            As you can see from the video there is evidence that there has been something in the ducting, as it is full of holes and debris. When our engineer attended, he reported a bird next in the ducting, which would be substantiated by the video.

            ABI keep rejecting claim as the engineer advised there is birds nesting, park have had an electrician to have a look and can not find any nest, submitted claim for 3rd time
