      This was closed by Glen Dimplex due to lack of contact, they could not gain access on 18/02 and left an out-card. Engineer would only see this appliance if they have a 5 years extended warranty as this referral is expired since 01/02/25. This was referred on 13/02.

      Hi Claire,

      They would have had to come to our office to gain access to Three Acres as gated and we had no out-card received or have not spoken to any engineers about being let in. How come the warranty expires 01.02.25 Mr Dowling didn't move in until 15.02.24 so wouldn't warranty start from ownership. This customer is really not going to be happy if this matter is now not going to be looked into when reported four months ago and I understand that.

      HI Alex,

      This was reported within the warranty period so I don’t understand why this is being rejected.
      Can you send evident that this was booked in with the customer as I can see the visit failed.

      Alex has advised the oven is covered for 1 year therefore this should be covered, have emailed Alex back

      no one has ever attended to this, they keep saying appliance needs to be disconnected before they can attend, park can not disconnect oven whilst customer is using van

      Hi Bayleigh,

      Yes, we have had a response from Pacifica and I have spoken to Darren about it. There seems to be confusion at Pacifica about the installation of ovens in caravans. They have asked for the oven to be disconnected as the oven is not accessible on a flexible hose and is fitted direct to the pipework. Darren has advised that this is standard in caravans and I am going to contact them to explain and ask to rebook.

      However, it is Belling product and they don’t always keep us in the loop if when appointments are made etc. If the park receives an appointment date and we haven’t advised, can you please let us know so we can track?

      Hi All,

      I refer to the above and would advise that I have contacted Pacifica for an update. They have advised the appointment has been rebooked as the park was closed until 13/02/26. The new appointment is 17/02/26.
