There is a hazy line down the middle of the glass in the patio door opening section. It won't clean off and seems to be a fault in the glass. It's pretty impossible to show on a photo

          ABI Have asked the question:
           
          Hi Claire, please could you provide an image from a meter away showing the line. If the line can`t be seen from a meter away on a photo, the suppliers will say this is within tolerance.
            
          If you currently do no have access to the new portal and wish to do so, please contact us on 01482 678000 (Option 2) and enquire with our team.
           
          ** Please note - Any claims acknowledged after 12pm on a Thursday will not be processed until the following week **
