An ABI engineer has attended your van Serial Number: 2040343 relating to your claim and has advised that a further part has now been ordered for one of the issues, this claim is not yet complete. I have had a look and the Lodge is booked out currently until the 12th July, there is no booking w/c 14th however it is available to be booked. Can you please give me an idea of how long you expect the works to take so we can see if we can fit it in during a changeover or shortest period of time possible that we can block the lodge off our system.

HI Claire,
I’m afraid we cant attend that week as we don’t have two engineers in the area, we will have to look at dates further in the year.
As its hire fleet and cosmetic, did you want to close the claim and attend at the end of season?
