              I have asked Debbie to give the site a call and update them that ABI are chasing MORCO and also finding out why their engineer did not attend. Debbie will give them another call later with further progress

              I have advised Debbie, that if MORCO do not make an arrangements to attend during the course of today, we will send Keith out to the site tomorrow

              Keith will be attending this issue tomorrow, 1-12-15 so that we can resolve it. Lisa from ABI has informed me that their engineer attended last week W/C and couldn't find an issue with the heating system. Radiators where warm all over. Mr Hubbard will be dealing with us directly from now on.
