          Dave from MORCO has phoned and confirmed that the work is complete on this unit. He has confirmed that the customer is happy, MORCO have confirmed that there is a problem with the pressure gauge and that they are posting this out to the engineer who will go back out to the unit and fit the new part.

          Morco has requested a local engineer attend this issue. I have spoken to Mr Hubbard and they have attended site and the job is now complete.

          I have spoken to Mr Hubbard to inform him that Morco will be calling him today. I will call him tomorrow first thing to see if he has had a call.

          Debbie called Mr Hubbard and he is really unhappy, he lives in the unit and he has advised that he has had to hire some heaters to keep warm in the unit. Mr Hubbard mentioned that someone had come out previously and found that there was a faulty part.

          I have gone back through the records and It looks like Keith went out to this unit previously, and he advised on his worksheet that he thought that the pressure gauge was faulty, however, this got scanned to the system and closed off rather than a claim being put into MORCO

          Mr Hubbard called and advised that we had promised that someone from MORCO would call him, he advised if he didn't get a call back today and the matter resolved with 24 hours he would take legal action.

          I have spoken to Debbie who advised that she had not promised him a call back but did advise that MORCO would call as soon as possible. I have played the phone call back and I can confirm that Debbie did not promise a call back today.

          Debbie has called Sam at MORCO and Sam has advised that she has already spoken to Mr Hubbard and she had said that her engineer would give him a call hopefully today. Debbie will give Mr Hubbard a call back to confirm that MORCO are dealing with this as a matter of urgency.

          Sam has phoned back to advise Mr Hubbard has realised his gas bottle is low, he has now changed the bottle and the heating now works,

          Sam from Morco has phoned to advise she has contacted Mr Hubbard to see if he can fix the boiler over the phone, they have not been able to do this, she does not have an engineer who can attend until next week, has asked if we have anyone, advised both our engineers are booked out on an insurance job thurs/fri.
          she wanted to know if we had anyone in the area, advsed we are booked for an insurance job, she will go back to ABI
