Hey Claire,
For the handle, it wouldn’t be too long depending on stock, as we can post that out via courier.
The door would need to be re-cut, and our woodwork department come back from 3-week shutdown tomorrow, so we realistically wouldn’t get the door until some point next week at the earliest.
Once we get the door, again we should be ablet to at least drop it off quite quickly, as we almost always have an engineer in your area these days.
Could you log it on the portal please, and I will get everything ordered for it now, and then I can chase it through when they return tomorrow.

I have ordered a replacement door, in gloss finish, and will chase it through our woodwork department when they return tomorrow.
Regarding the handle, we are going to get it sent out to yourselves either today or tomorrow.
We have 2 styles, and one is slightly thicker then the other, so we are sending out 1 of each, so at least the handle will be sorted.
As soon as I get a date on the woodwork I will let you know, and I have noted on it to either attend the park asap, or for an engineer to deliver it to yourselves if we cannot attend soon.

At the moment the door is due to be finished and brought around to aftersales Thursday next week.
I will speak to the engineer supervisor and, providing that it does arrive next week, will see if we can arrange for it to either dropped off or complete asap.
At the moment, we are due in the Somerset area week commencing 02/09, though I am not certain on the exact area, so I will speak to the engineer supervisor on Monday and see if we would be able to get it delivered to yourselves that week.
At worst, I can either arrange for our large goods courier to deliver it, or we are due in the Devon area week commencing 09/09, so we should be able to get something sorted for that week.
I will let you know as soon as I have an idea of when we can get this sorted.
