Hi Claire,
I am so sorry, I come in this morning and have been told that the door has to be remade, as there is a visible nick in the finish.
I have asked for it to be re-made as soon as possible, but the person who organises our woodwork doesn’t start until this afternoon.
As soon as he is in I will speak to him and arrange for it to be done asap.
Please accept my sincere apologies.

Hi Claire,
At the moment the door is due to be finished and brought around to aftersales Thursday next week.
I will speak to the engineer supervisor and, providing that it does arrive next week, will see if we can arrange for it to either dropped off or complete asap.
At the moment, we are due in the Somerset area week commencing 02/09, though I am not certain on the exact area, so I will speak to the engineer supervisor on Monday and see if we would be able to get it delivered to yourselves that week.
At worst, I can either arrange for our large goods courier to deliver it, or we are due in the Devon area week commencing 09/09, so we should be able to get something sorted for that week.
I will let you know as soon as I have an idea of when we can get this sorted.

I have ordered a replacement door, in gloss finish, and will chase it through our woodwork department when they return tomorrow.
Regarding the handle, we are going to get it sent out to yourselves either today or tomorrow.
We have 2 styles, and one is slightly thicker then the other, so we are sending out 1 of each, so at least the handle will be sorted.
As soon as I get a date on the woodwork I will let you know, and I have noted on it to either attend the park asap, or for an engineer to deliver it to yourselves if we cannot attend soon.
