            Good Afternoon,

            Regarding the attached claim.

            Given the age of this unit and the date of sale, the following issue has been rejected as Out of Warranty:
            - en-suite door will not stay closed
            After this length of time, this would be a maintenance issue rather than a warranty issue.
            Our engineers will attend and adjust internal doors once the van has been sited and levelled, but it is down to the owner/park to carry out any adjustments after the initial siting of the unit.
