If you can provide a batch number for that unit from one of the cushions/headboards and the Atlas batch number for that unit?, I can look further into this for you.
I believe the original order would have been completed from our end as it’s a 2023 unit but can look to quote etc if I can get more details. I can then check fabrics etc against the correct spec that we have on our system.

Connor emailed to advise all the curtains tieback and blinds are missing from this unit, did not think i would see it on the pdi, checked the pdi, no mention of this and no photo's sent, contacted springvale, they did not do this range, Andy has suggested i contact Belfield, he has given me some contact details

I've managed to find the batch number that's on the headboard, it is 462188. How would I find the Atlas batch number?
