The customer has advised that when his gas engineer attended to commission the van he reported that the flue extension piece looks like it has been cut already and the flue is either two short or the boiler has been put on the wall to low.

      Description

      The customer is most upset as he has no water or heating and he has an 8 year old son, Mr Skuse wants Atlas to send a corgi registered gas man to commission the boiler as he has already had to pay the one that came out at the weekend.

        I have spoken to Dave Vennymore who is in his car on his way down to Mr Skuse to fix the boiler, I have spoken to Mr Skuse and advised he was very happy with this.

        I called Atlas to say thank you for there help and also to sing the praises if Dave Vennymore as I am very impresses with this service.

        I tried to call Mr Skuse but it went to his answer phone, I left a message saying that I would try and call him again.

        Dave Bennymore called he was asking me questions that could be better answered by the customer himself as he was very clued up about the part required so I gave him Mr Skuses phone number and hew was going to call him straight after putting the phone down to me, he will then let me know what is happening once he knows if this is a morco issue or an atlas issue.

        I have spoken to Carl who is waiting for Dave Bennymore to call us, I have asked him to call me urgently as the the customer has not heating or hot water.

        I called Mr Skuse to advise that we are still waiting for this call and I would contact him as soon as I could, Mr Skuse is being very patient but I'm not sure for how much longer.

        Called Atlas spoken to Katrina,she said that Dave will either call us or the park can say when?
        Mr Skuse mobile no is 07748765232, called him back to say that we are waiting on the plumber/gas man at Atlas to contact us and that I will ask Linda to chase them tomorrow.
