Hi Lorraine,
The owners of the above mentioned lodge (the one that was reclad last year with canexel plastic – I think it’s called). They have advised there are white marks on the cladding and have asked if Atlas do a “touch up” pen for it?
Can you find out and provide a cost please for one. Or if not can they advise what these could be and any solution to remove them?

I have again email Kurt back to say :
Kurt,
The quote was supplied by Atlas and we have to supply the serial numbers so I would presume that it made for what they have on the holiday home, does this unit have
Plastic cladding or wooden cladding , has this been changed ?
Can you send me some photo over as I will have to email and check with Atlas and our aftersales

It appears that this van has been re- cladded in can-excel. and it was supplied by Atlas ?
Ive now called Katrina @ Atlas and left a message asking her to call me back as she has given me a quote for Timber teak 2.5 lts and Im not sure if this is for the cladding which they had replaced back in 2016

Having looked at all the notes on ATL- 3249 I have found an email dated 23.09.16 which was to Josh asking for sealant but it does say colour sierra..
I will email Vulcan to see if they do a touch up pen/ paint along with costs .

No worries as long as we get it sorted for the owner.
I have access to the notes so I have now read them all regarding the cladding and have found an email that says Cladding -Can-excel is called Sierra .
I’ve taken another Pic below hopefully it’s a bit clear and I have marked the colour with an arrow , once it stops raining and you able to look at the Cladding
Can you let me know if you think it correct colour.
I have sent an email to the supply asking if they do a touch up pen/ paint and costs.

I wanted a quote for a touch up pen to something to touch up the plastic cladding (as this is what they now have not timber) which was detailed in my email on 01/12/17.
Please could you get a quote for this please as this is what the owner is looking for.

I emailed him back to say as per our Quote last year we can get a touch up pen or small pot they can only supply 2.5 Ltr paint
