Good morning Claire,
I understand that the ABI engineer visited River Valley yesterday and spoke to Neal. We were at the lodge at the time of his visit but he did not call on us.
The engineer told Neal that a ladder would be required in order to inspect the problem and that he was not allowed to climb a ladder, therefore he was unable to undertake any work.
Naturally we are disappointed with this lack of progress. Given that we provided a photograph and a description of the water ingress location, it would have been a reasonable conclusion that use of a ladder would be necessary in order to inspect and repair the fault.
May I please ask you to escalate this within ABI and ask they take the necessary remedial action. We are keen to have the leak repaired before the weather deteriorates.
Thank you for your ongoing assistance in liaising with ABI.

Duncan attended 1-10-24 ridge foam has come away from the ridge causing a gap, has re-fitted and sealed exterior work, require 1 x 3 metre wallboard to replace inside 1 man 1/2 day emailed ABI asking for a price

Apologies I think warehouse are picking the incorrect ones as its not often these are used on chargeable orders! We have re-printed the orders and noted this for the warehouse to grab the right ones! Sorry about this! The correct ones will be with you!
