        As per Ade changed to Good will. Advised Mrs Sleep we would has one-off GOG provide middle freezer draw replacement (if we can source) free of charge. She confirmed the number on the fridge is MBC55275 and the dimensions of the draw is approximately 45cms left to right, 38 cms front to back and 16.5cms high. As unsure which is the correct one in Connect, sent parts enquiry giving dimensions and requested part number.

        Email received from Rea advising they are having a few problems with fridge and freezer parts as the supplier went into administration. She requested chassis number so they can try and source part from different supplier. Emailed s/n. to her.

        Swift advise the part was delivered and signed for by Berry on 11.08.15. We do not have a Berry. Called Mr & Mrs Sleep they confirmed they have not received the drawer and they do not know anyone by the name of Berry either. So, messaged Swift back advising it has not been received, cannot view the tracking no. provided and could they confirm the address it was sent to.

        Finally managed to get into right TNT tracker and it shows part was delivered to a destination called Egloshayle, this is in 57 miles away in Cornwall and nowhere near Winkleigh. Advised Swift and asked them to please send another to us.
