Finally managed to get into right TNT tracker and it shows part was delivered to a destination called Egloshayle, this is in 57 miles away in Cornwall and nowhere near Winkleigh. Advised Swift and asked them to please send another to us.

Mrs Slee had not used the freezer before and only released drawer broken when she pulled it out to put something into it.
