Mrs Freeman called to ask for a progress update regarding the outstanding issues, she advised that ABI came out about a month ago, but they haven't heard anything since. (they said they needed parts)
I have advised Mrs Freeman that we would give ABI a chase and then ring her back with an update

I have resubmitted this calim as the issue is still outstanding and the shower is now falling apart.

Spoken to Lisa at ABi and she has asked that we re-submit this and they will send an engineer out to this, I will do this today and update Mrs Freeman

Mrs Freeman phoned wanting an update on this one, she advised she spoke to Lorraine last week, she has also emailed Photo's over, phoned ABI and spoke to Helen, Helen has advised this has been rejected as van out of warranty, date of sale 17-6-15
Spoke to Ade, she thinks we will have to sort this as we can not leave a customer without a shower, phoned Matt, he is in the van at the moment, he will take photo's and email them over
