          Mrs Freeman phoned wanting an update on this one, she advised she spoke to Lorraine last week, she has also emailed Photo's over, phoned ABI and spoke to Helen, Helen has advised this has been rejected as van out of warranty, date of sale 17-6-15
          Spoke to Ade, she thinks we will have to sort this as we can not leave a customer without a shower, phoned Matt, he is in the van at the moment, he will take photo's and email them over
