Linda advises: Mr Sinfield was convinced that the carpets were the wrong colour and was going to wait and see what his wife said. I have to admit I thought they chose a darker colour

Linda has advised that the customer is not very happy that the carpets are not the right colour but they will live with them rather than have the upheaval of changing them all
