Description
The customer was told he could have a three year extended warranty but was never issued with a booklet or any documentation ( Dougie told me he had the extended warranty and also that he had never issued a booklet)- Dougie has called and advised that the customer has reported that the exterior door handles have corroded.
We will have to go out as goodwill and complete the repair as the customer has the warranty until 2015

I have e-mailed Dan asking him to place the handles on order, not sure if he will do this without sending me a quote first but I have given him an order number.

one handle was received black and one white, we gave keith another white handle but he said that it was not good as it did not have the thread in it, I have spoken to Dan and said that the customer will not except the black handle - Dan said to e-mail him and he will see what he can do - I have e-mailed Dan today,

I have spoken to Dan and he said that this is how they come now but he did ask the supplier to send us another white handle, I explained that I have not received it and Dan said he would talk to the supplier and find out where they sent it and if they did not send one he would make sure they do.
