            boiler has arrived and been taken up to the workshop because it was on a pallet, Maureen has been informed. I have asked her to arrange for our engineers to collect it and bring it down to our store.

            We have now received the invoice made out to Surf Bay Leisure, I have put this through to accounts for payment (for repair over Christmas period)
