keith has been out to the unit, he has advised that he has got the boiler going again, but this is his second visit and they have paid a plumber to come out over xmas, he thinks that the boiler might need replacing.
Paperwork passed to Mo.

boiler has arrived and been taken up to the workshop because it was on a pallet, Maureen has been informed. I have asked her to arrange for our engineers to collect it and bring it down to our store.
