          Steve says that someone has really bodged this door. The van is level. The frame is split at the bottom of the door on the closing side. He has removed the door and frame and refitted it however, from the inside the door no longer looks level with the van.

          He advised that the hinges have been adjusted by someone heavy handed and they have ground out the allen key slot. He also advised that someone has shaved off the bottom part of the door, so it is not easy to adjust without leaving a gap. Steve has confirmed that the van is level and the door is not gapping but he is not sure that the customer will accept this if he is fussy

          Frankie has advised that Barish has been out to the unit a couple of times trying to adjust the exterior door which is gapping. The customer is still not happy. Frankie would like Steve to see what he can sort out
