Worksheet returned. The van was not leaking underneath but a couple of the radiators were not right and steve has attended them. See PDF attached.

The customer was told by Emma at Brean to call Henry the plumber. Henry said to the customer if the warranty could be deferred to next year we can not do this. I have spoken to Emma Harrison and have issued a worksheet for one of our engineer's to attend the issue next week. Screenshot attached.
