      This issue was reported by Dave over the phone. It is a second hand van and he has reported the issue in January that the Gas Valve has broken. I had emailed him asking him to tell me the serial number of the boiler and to tell me the fault number so that it could be referred over to Morco.

      Steve is his own engineer who he asked to get out.

      He phoned up today chasing the claim. I haven't had an email response from him and couldn't find any notes in my books on the information I asked for.

      We have checked the call history and he did provide the info.

      I have emailed Sam the information asking them to attend the issue.
