I have been unable to find out who took the original call. I have not received any further communication from the customer so I am closing this issue

I have spoken to Steve and he confirmed that he spoke to the customer, he advised that he suggested to them that the roof foam was probably still hidden up in the ridge and that it could be removed and refitted. If it wasn't there we could supply an expanding foam.
I am unsure who took the original call from the customer but can look this up on our telephone records

I have phoned to speak to Mrs Kingdon but got her answerphone I have advised that I would call her back tomorrow.
I have explained in my message that we can no longer obtain the shaped roof ridge foam but can provide the expanding foam which I am happy to post out to them.

Emma took a call from Mrs Kingdon who complained :
They called last week with an issue on one of their older vans that they have on site, a BK Contessa. Something to do with the ridge on the roof I believe. I passed the call through to Customer Care (can’t remember who) and this person advised them that if they came up then we may be able to order something??
They came in yesterday and were directed into Customer Care and Steve was there so they spoke to him. Mrs Kingdon has said that the guy was not at all helpful and was very blunt and they were told we couldn’t get any of what they were after. I can understand them being annoyed when they were told to come up here and then when they do we say we can’t help them.
