Insurance Loss adjuster has advised Mrs Kazantzis that the quote will be processed quicker if it is sent to them as well. I have advised that I will send it to Towergate Baker and the Loss adjuster and send a copy to the customer as well.

Steve advises roof sheet is badly dented and letting water in underneath in the wind. Also fascia board is damaged (left hand looking from the back.

Mrs Kazantzis called for an update, Ade has advised me that the parts are all in now.
Its been pencilled in for this Thursday 13 Feb pending weather, she is fine with this.
She has asked if we can drop her an e-mail when its done and what the state of it is?
I will ask Ade to e-mail her once we have done the work

Mrs Kazantzis called to say that the site has called her to say that 3 meters of guttering has blow off, but they have managed to save it.
3 brackets have broken and a joint part. She would like to know if our engineer can repair this and then add this onto the bill.
I said it will depend if our engineers have the brackets/ joint part on the vans, we might have to order this parts in.
She is going to add this issue on to the insurance claim, so we will need to either add this on the bill or send her another quote.
