Hi Ade,
A Mr Hooper called today at 15:37 regarding his van.
He said that the insurance company wanted him to confirm whether the leak in his van had been fixed satisfactorily or not.
Mr Hooper explained how we sent an Engineer out to him at The Paddocks Park back in Oct or so, to re-fix the leak, but it is now leaking again.
However, Mr Hooper explained that the caravan is now drained and won’t be up and working again until March.
Claim no. 1138 (this is all he had)
Mr Hooper said he spoke to a ‘Claire’ last time he rang – so that’s why I’m cc’ing you in Claire
Do you know what I must do regarding this issue? (I promised someone would call him back tomorrow to clarify / confirm with him.)

phoned Mr Hooper, he has advised it only leaks when it is really heavy rain and windy, he is happy to wait until he re-opens his van in march as the site is being bought by Northam Farm, he will give us a call in March
