Mrs Hooper phoned this morning for an update, I have sent emails to Katrina, but she cannot find any information on this issue. She will ask Mirv in the morning and call again then. I have given her with the P/O we used when ordering.

Mrs Hooper phoned and advised that there is still a leak on this unit (e-mail was passed to Claire last week) She cannot see that we ever invoiced the Insurance Company for the work.
Mrs Hooper does not think that we ever did any work on the roof at all. I have checked our records and can see that we replaced the flue roof plates. I have updated Mrs Hooper to this affect and advised that the best course of action would be sent our engineer out to the unit and inspect the roof and find out what is going on and put it right.
Mrs Hooper advised that she would like to be present but will not be back at the unit until 22nd October. I have arranged for Steve to visit on Friday 23rd to assess the roof and make the necessary repairs

Steve has carried out some extra sealing to the flue and ridge but cannot see anything wrong, the customer will check, they also advise that the Insurance Company have never received a bill for the original work

A Mr Hooper called today at 15:37 regarding his van.
He said that the insurance company wanted him to confirm whether the leak in his van had been fixed satisfactorily or not.
Mr Hooper explained how we sent an Engineer out to him at The Paddocks Park back in Oct or so, to re-fix the leak, but it is now leaking again.
However, Mr Hooper explained that the caravan is now drained and won’t be up and working again until March.
Claim no. 1138 (this is all he had)
Mr Hooper said he spoke to a ‘Claire’ last time he rang – so that’s why I’m cc’ing you in Claire
Do you know what I must do regarding this issue? (I promised someone would call him back tomorrow to clarify / confirm with him.)

phoned Mr Hooper, he has advised it only leaks when it is really heavy rain and windy, he is happy to wait until he re-opens his van in march as the site is being bought by Northam Farm, he will give us a call in March
