Dan phoned and asked where we were with this quote, he says he emailed agreement earlier. I have checked all my emails from him going back to mid-June and can find no mention of this quote. He has now given verbal consent to go ahead with it.

I have spoken to Mo and advised that Killigarth are account holders and therefore we can go ahead with the repairs and invoice him later

I have checked the photographs and the ceiling board is not a style that we keep in stock, passed it back to Mo, she will need to find out where we got the ceiling boards for the lodges (perhaps ask Michael) and get them ordered

The site rang they were expecting us this week, I explained to Dan that I had thought that we needed ceiling boards so had not scheduled this repair which required two men for 2 days. (I had updated Mo) Dan advised that Mo rang him last Friday and confirmed that we would be attending. I have apologised for the confusion and re-booked the work for Tuesday 4.11.14
