Val has e-mailed me to say that the customer is complaining that the mastic has gone hard around the windows and doors of this unit and they would like our engineer to return and sort this. I have advised Val that this is wear and tear and due to weathering and is not something that will be covered under warranty. This should be renewed as part of their routine maintenance. I have asked Val to let me know if I can be of any further assistance with this
