The Insurance Company have queried the quote because there is no description attached to it. I have updated them but passed the quotes back to Mo so that she is aware of the mistake made.

We have not had an official acceptance from Thistles yet, but have received a cheque for £50.00 excess from the customer. I will raise an invoice for this.

The customer is chasing to see when this work will be carried out. I can see that Lorraine chased this back at the beginning of the month but doesn't seem to have had a response.

I have spoken to Shaun at ECS and asked where he has got with this one, he has advised that he is having trouble sourcing the panel but should be able to sort this out next week

Called Shaun from ECs he said he has spoken to Ade about this one yesterday, he is unable to get the same profile for this van and can fit three waist high panels. Shaun said he has emailed ade some photos.

I have spoken to Shaun and he advised that he will need to change three panels up to waist high because he cannot match the original. He said that he will do this in the next couple of weeks.

I have spoken to ade, left a answer phone message on owner home no to explain the delay and that we should get the panel in the next 2-3 weeks as soon as we get a date we can update her.

I have had a phone call from Natalie at Thistle Insurance Services to say that this was incorrectly invoiced again, I was not aware that QUOT-1383 is exactly the same issue which had previously been settled in April and it was authorised last year (I have now linked these claims)
I will now need to credit this quote and will call her back to apologise for my mistake and close this claim off.
