Updated Lorraine, that I no nothing about this one, but if we have a signed go ahead, she needs to check if they have an account with us, if not payment would be required in advance

This quote that Mo has done is sitting in the quote folder with a signed acceptance slip, No payment has been taken and nothing ordered in for the job.
I have today called and left a message asking them to call us to see if they do want the work carried out and that we would need to collect payment before carrying the work out.

Mr Marks called, he will pop a cheque in the post. Once we have received the cheque we can give him a call to arrange a suitable date to carry out the repair. Mr Marks would like the work carried out in April if possible.

John from accounts has brought the cheque in to me today, I have now issue the invoice no 462793, looked at notes and in the quote folder and they is nothing to say what parts I need to order in for this job.
On Keith notes is shows Chipboard and timber and also states that it need door catch, I will issue a work sheet asking Keith if he can advise me if 1) they have the chipboard and timber here to use and to show me what door catch I need to order.
I will issue the work sheet and put in the folder with a note to say that Im waiting to see what parts we need to order...

I have spoken to Keith re parts for this job and he had advised me that we have all the parts in stock for this job, So I will issue a work sheet for us to go and do the work now.

Mrs Marks has called today asking when we will be carry this work out, as yet we are still waiting for scheuled date.

Mr Marks called to ask when our engineers will be attending as he was promised they will be there this week, advised our engineers are fully booked this week and are not in the area, he is not happy with this as he has people going into the van.
Advised we schedule on a friday for the following week, he wants someone there on mon, we are already booked for mon, he is not happy, advised he would have a call tomorrow

Called customer and gentleman who answered the phone advised me Mr Marks was currently away for the weekend. I explained we would like to do the work on his van on Tuesday 26th May. Gentleman advised me this is not possible as people staying in it for a fortnight and he understood we would be completing the work now on the 9th June - checked with Ade and this is OK so confirmed we will do the work that day.
