Christine from park called chasing us (as customer keeps chasing them) for us to assess his leaking van. Advised I will try to get out as soon as possible but a long way to come and we don't have any jobs in the area. Advised her I will have a better idea tomorrow afternoon if might do next week. If not, agreed to give her a call to let her know.

3 x tubes of silfix - need to know which colour 3 x 5.00= £15.00 plus £10.00 pp
ceiling board must be 12ft long with one joint- this is what the owner is expecting- cost TBA from Atlas and ABI
Once I get price and PP I can then do the quote, I also need to know what size they come in.

Customer called in and has said that golden cap have told that he has to deal with us direct from now on. He was worried that we would not do the work if we were not able to get hold of him. Have reassured customer that we will be attending even if he hasnt got phone signal to arrange and have also told customer i have noted that the park have a key. Have told him that we are very busy and he understands but did not want to 'Miss his slot with Steve'. Also advised that it may not be steve attending and that we do have sub contactors that we work with.

Mr Weaver called to check on word using in Quot-1783-A, as he wants to get his wording correct on his claim form. Quote reads "remove Joyce’s along window side seal gutter joints and staples" confirmed the word "Joyce's" should read Joists.
