            Michael is going out to inspect this on Friday, Debbie is calling the site to get them to remove the skirting so that Andre can get under the unit.

            Steve advises that the floor is broken in front of the toilet in laides. Looks like plywood underneath has given way due to water damage

            will need to remove toilet cut old floor and replace plywood as necessary and extra timber (approx area 1000x1000) The resin floor will need repairing as well. Information forwarded to Michael
